Ipamorelin: Works by mimicking the action of ghrelin (a hormone found in the stomach) which promotes Growth Hormone release.

CJC-1295: Increasing the production of growth hormone from the pituitary gland. Longer half-life than natural growth-hormone-releasing-hormone  so it can stimulate growth hormone release for an extended period of time.
